How does the free trial work?
You’ll be given full access for 7 days to evaluate the platform and make sure that it works for your organization. If you don’t cancel your account before your trial period ends you’ll automatically switch to a paid account and your card will be charged on a recurring basis at the select plan rates. We’re sure you’ll love it so much that you’d never even think about cancelling.
What operating systems do you support?
Currently the installed tracking is compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10 and macOS 10.12 or later.
Does this work when I’m offline?
No internet? No problem! We understand that sometimes you’re toiling away on your laptop even while in some remote part of the world. Your activities will still be tracked and recorded and once a connection is available they’ll automatically sync back to your account.
What happens if I cancel my subscription in the middle of the billing period?
When you cancel, you’re account will immediately deactivate and your data will be deleted. You will receive a refund within 7 days for the prorated amount.
What information are you tracking?
We automatically record the programs being used, and high level information such as window title. We keep track of how long your are actively using the program and when it is sitting idle. We do not track any sensitive information.
Is my data private and secure?
We will never share or sell your data. Our platform and data is hosted in industry-leading Amazon Web Services, whose data centers have been thoroughly tested for security, availability and business continuity.
